Felix served as a pilot and flight instructor at Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology between 2010 and 2012, in 2011 winning the Pilot of the Year Award. Prior, he was a student of Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology, graduating as the Valedictorian with his BSC in Aviation Technology and Management.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Felix Orwa is an entrepreneur and leader who has worked in a variety of fields. Most recently, he served as the Program Manager in a VP-type role at Mind the Bridge, Inc., where he oversaw a 75% international expansion and defined and implemented a new MTB market expansion strategy. His long-term goal to make it possible for existing African SMEs to take advantage of the true big-market opportunity that is Africa, scale into large operations and create jobs.
Felix attended Maseno School, graduating with an A- and studying standardized English, literature, creative writing, comprehension, poetry, and logic. He was ranked 4th out of more than 200,000 students, and in 2007, he took an IT course and came up with a plan for moving into aviation.
